Scotland's Greenhouse Gas emissions fall by 9.9%
Positive progress in emission reductions saw Scotland’s GHG emissions for the latest reporting period (2011) fall by 9.9% yet the country missed a revised annual target by 0.8Mt CO2e after improvements in inventory reporting methodology added 1.2Mt CO2e.
